Today’s students can benefit from developing AI proficiency, regardless of their career aspirations. Whether they’re studying computer science, business, agriculture, or any other major, they need to skill up on AI—and now is your opportunity to teach them. To that end, we’re happy to announce AI Bootcamp for Educators (coming soon), where you can learn how to empower your students with the market-ready, in-demand AI skills they need to open doors for more employment opportunities and job success. These customizable bootcamps, designed by Microsoft, can help faculty and instructors in higher education teach students practical AI skills with Microsoft Azure AI technology. They also teach you how to prepare students to earn Microsoft Credentials, including industry-recognized Microsoft Certifications and verified scenario-based skill sets with Microsoft Applied Skills credentials.
Microsoft Learn has partnered with their global network of official Microsoft Training Services Partners (TSPs) to deliver AI Bootcamp for Educators. TSPs offer this new instructor-led training in a language, location, and format suited to you—whether in person, online, or as a hybrid event. The duration (two to four days) is customized to your needs when you register for the bootcamp with your TSP. Bootcamp content is based on Microsoft Official Courseware (MOC) and is taught by Microsoft Certified Trainers from our TSP network. It’s made up of several key teaching and learning resources to support you and your students in their AI learning journey, such as a comprehensive curriculum, additional learning materials, and access to relevant tools and platforms.
With a “train-the-trainer” model, an instructor engages with you, teaching you fundamental AI and machine learning concepts and exploring related Azure services. Then, when you incorporate this content into your existing curriculum, you have what you need to teach your students relevant, real-world AI skills that align with the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals certification and the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate certification. From covering the basics of AI to implementing conversational AI solutions, learn what you need to help your students quickly build critical AI knowledge and skills.
